Responsibilities

· Maintain and deploy development environments

· Manage software deployments

· Monitor CI and CD process for exceptions caused by infrastructure

· Assist with creation and maintaining of software tests and infrastructure to support them

· Coordinate production/test systems with the development and IT teams

· Manage and maintain software defined infrastructure used in product development

· Recognize and correct issues with infrastructure components to maintain service continuity

Required Education/Experience/Skills

· B.S. in computer science, physics, or engineering domain

· Experience in Gitflow coordinated configuration management schemes

· Experience with Docker-based containerization

· Experience with Windows and POSIX-based operating systems

· Experience with some type of scripting (Shell, Powershell, Python, etc)

· Self-motivated and proactive

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Capable of both high quantity and high quality output

· Ability to work in a fast paced, hard charging, high stakes environment

· A passion for spaceflight

Preferences

· Experience with xUnit compliant unit test frameworks

· Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring (Prometheus, Nagios, etc.)

· Experience with Kubernetes orchestration

· Experience with AWS

· Experience with Puppet

· Experience with Gitlab CI

· Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
